Realistically speaking, if you were to cut back even a small part of the time you spend online every single day, you would probably manage to use that time to go to the gym or exercise at home. That doesn’t mean you should give up watching or reading things online altogether. Still, if you try to limit your screen time, especially that time you spend surfing the internet aimlessly, you’ll have more time for exercising. 4. Work Out in Your Lunch Break
A great way to make more time for exercising or going to the gym is to do it during your lunch break. A 60 minutes lunch break should be enough for you to get a quick snack and exercise a bit as well. Plus, this will fill you with the energy you need to go on with your day. At the end of the day, you’ll feel as if you wasted no extra time exercising.
