Located in Gloucestershire, England, their offices inhabit an actual Victorian castle. The theme of the design set out to create a mix of the classic and the modern. Therefore, inside you will find both hand-painted suits of armors as well as themed bathrooms – the best being Rolling Stones and steampunk. They also have a cinema which is Stars Wars themed, a ski lodge, and an ice cave meant to be creative spaces. Can we work there too, please?
2. Ancestry Offices
The concept behind the Ancestry’s office spaces in Lehi, Utah was to build a space that could feel like home both to the young, tech-crazed employees and to the very old ones. The latter described themselves as ‘crusty book nerds.’ They managed to do that spectacularly with portraits of senior employees that hang on the walls alongside relatives which they found via the website itself. They also have all sorts of dens and living rooms where they can all work together.
The kitchen is fantastic, with one, huge table, a pizza oven, and displayed plates from around the world. It is reminiscent of the way we all used to break bread and connect with one another. These are cool office spaces that really touch upon your emotional side.

3. King Studios
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to work in an artificial forest, a movie set or on a theater stage, King Studios in Stockholm has the answer. The root of the concept, pun intended was the heart of the Swedish forests. They wanted to transport the feeling of calm and serenity you get in the woods back to the office. We believe they did a fantastic job.
When you walk down the stairs and make for the open office, you are surrounded by silhouettes of trees. They also have elevated hills, hanging basket chairs, and real plants.
4. Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer Offices
If you’re looking for a pop of color, you found it in Norfolk, Virginia, where the Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer Offices are located. The design wanted to make a statement regarding who this accounting firm really is and what they do. Therefore, the designers used patterns reminiscent of abacus discs, panels with images of numbers, a rotating art exhibit, and so much more. Everything about this architectural space is clean, straight, modern, and sleek. Just like the company is.
